 Product instruction

JINHASS K-123 is a general purpose processing aid. It can be applied to PVC building and construct

 materials such as window profile, siding, fence, pipe, fitting and other injection parts. Further more, it 

also can be used in foam application as processing aid.

JINHASS K-123 offers the following product benefits:

• Higher dispersibility in the PVC melt

• Excellent fusion promotion efficiency

• Better melt strength enhancement

• Improvement on surface uniformity

JINHASS K-123 effect on PVC fusion

JINHASS K-123 could improve greatly the PVC fusion behavior. It will make PVC fusion more uniform, 

and improve the output. Fig.1 shows JINHASS K-123 could accelerate the PVC fusion.

Fig.2 shows two finished specimens prepared on two roll mill based on 1.5phr K-123 and 0phr K-123. The result demonstrates K-123 could improve PVC fusion, and obtain better surface uniformity

 and gloss.
